Make contact with me by making a purchase or completing a "get started" form.
Get Started Form
I'll review it and contact you to schedule a phone call.
Phone Call
We'll chat to make sure we are a good fit for working together.
If so, we'll agree on some details and set a date to get started. If not, I'll happily refer you to another coach, if you'd like.
Welcome Letter
I'll send you a welcome email that will include the details of our agreement and next steps.
Assessment
Each team member will complete an assessment to provide a baseline of where they are starting.
We'll use this same assessment at agreed upon intervals to gauge progress and growth.
Weekly Sessions
We'll start out with one weekly session for each person.
Weekly sessions may be set up to last from 30 to 60 minutes, or longer if necessary, per team member.
Monthly Sessions
Once minimum baseline shifts in expected outcomes have been successfully maintained, it may be appropriate to transition to less frequent sessions.

How does payment work?
A 30% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot in my schedule. 20% is due at the start of our work together, and the remaining 50% is due within 30 days for 3-month programs, 60 days for 6-month programs, and 90 days for 12-month programs.

How big are groups?
All groups are limited to a maximum of 7 people to ensure that everyone has a deep and meaningful experience.

Do you offer 360 Reviews?
Yes. A 360 review may be added to any executive or corporate coaching package for an additional fee.
Do you offer additional services or other coaching and consulting packages?

What if we aren't local to where you are? Can you still work with us?
Most often, yes. Coaching can be as effective over the phone as in person.
I also offer VIP sessions that allow me to travel to you for in-person sessions. This is a good option when initially engaging in group or team coaching for your organization. Contact me for details.
What professional coaching standard do you follow?
There are two standards to which I hold myself, and the coaches I partner with.
